About Me

My name is Stian Knutsen, and I have been passionate about fishing for more than 30 years. My specialty is sea trout fishing, where I have gained extensive experience across Scandinavia.

Born in Finnmark on the island of Sørøya and raised both there and in Eastern Norway, I have a strong connection to the region and valuable local knowledge of its fishing waters and coastal areas. Today, I am based in Eastern Norway, where I guide clients in pursuit of their dream sea trout. I also collaborate with established guiding companies throughout Scandinavia.

Over the years, I have carefully tested fly-fishing equipment, fly-tying materials, and tools. I now share my insights and expertise on my YouTube channel, offering tips, techniques, and gear reviews related to fly fishing and fly tying.
